As homecoming season winds down, we're excited to showcase some of our favorite homecoming designs. This is our busiest time of year, with both homecoming and peak wedding season in full swing. Yet, seeing our creations come to life is incredibly rewarding, especially when clients tag us in their social media posts. Thank you to everyone who placed an order - we can't wait to design for your prom looks in 2025!
Popular Color Schemes
Each year, certain colors tend to be more popular than others for homecoming. In 2024, emerald green was a sought-after shade, though it can be challenging to achieve using fresh flowers. For a similar look, we recommend incorporating a variety of pink hues or opting for a neutral palette accented by deep green foliage. Vibrant red hues, such as maroon and burgundy, were highly requested color schemes. We recommend incorporating a variety of red tones accented with white to make the reds truly pop. White is always a timeless and versatile choice, especially if you're concerned about perfectly coordinating your colors.
Requested Flowers
Some requested flowers kids and parents for this season were spray roses, ranunculus, lisianthus, blue thistle, wax flower, and more!
Product Trend
We offer four floral products for homecoming and prom: wrist corsages, standard boutonnieres, pocket boutonnieres, and posie bouquets. Parents frequently ask which options are most popular and what they should purchase for their child(ren). Although we say to go with whatever they will make them happiest we found that homecoming was more popular for the standard boutonnieres as not all the boys wear a jacket with a pocket for it and the corsages seem to be more common. Prom is more popular for the pocket boutonniere and posie bouquets!
