All wedding consultations with Bell’s Flowers are completely free! This is your time to share your ideas, ask questions, and talk through your floral vision. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out beforehand. We’ll help you work through the details together.

Though many who don't know the ends and the outs of flowers don't know when certain flowers are in season or that one type of flower can be much more expensive compared to another type of flower. This is where we come into play, we help you not only by designing beautiful arrangements but also with budgeting and ensuring that the day goes over as smoothly as possibly. So bring your Pinterest board inspired pictures and we will mimic these pictures, along with adding our own creative touch so it's a one of a kind piece! Once you schedule your consultation, we’ll review your wedding date and confirm our availability. We only take on a limited number of weddings each weekend to make sure every couple receives the time, attention, and care they deserve. If we’re already booked for your date, we’ll personally reach out and cancel your consultation so you can continue your search without wasting time!

We recommend reaching out as soon as you have your wedding date and venue secured, especially if you’re getting married during a popular wedding season. We accept bookings up to 18 months in advance, and dates can fill quickly! If you have your heart set on working with us, don’t wait too long to get in touch.

You don’t need to have every little detail figured out! It’s helpful to have your wedding date, ceremony and reception locations, estimated guest count, wedding party size, general color palette, and a rough floral budget in mind. If you have inspiration photos or a Pinterest board, bring those along, too. And if you’re still figuring things out, that’s perfectly okay. We’ll help you sort through your ideas!

Every wedding is different, so pricing depends on your floral selections, quantities, design details, and the level of service you need. Our full-service wedding floral designs begin at $3,000. Smaller weddings, elopements, and couples who prefer to handle their own setup may be a better fit for our pickup wedding option. We’ll work with you to prioritize the pieces that matter most and create a proposal tailored to your day and budget.
